Shukan engineered Level's first merchant-search and transaction enrichment engines, scaling them to hundreds of thousands of transactions. At Brex, he spearheaded the check-deposit launch, unlocking a new revenue stream in record time. Most recently, he architected Doppel's agent-based threat-detection system, spotting attacks across 100M+ entities every day.

Co-founder & CTO
Justin headed Level's six-engineer Purchase Processing team, architecting a novel multi-purse transaction platform that powered millions in payment volume. At Caffeine, he developed reinforcement learning based recommender systems. He created Doppel's data & machine learning platforms, and designed the detection algorithms that underpin its flagship Domains product.
